How to Make Veggie Stock from Veggie Scraps

A quick video on how I make homemade vegetable stock from the scraps I save!! Just store stems and peels in a freezer bag until it’s full, cover them with water, season with S&P, bring to a boil, reduce to a summer and cook till reduced by half (about 2-3 hours). Taste to adjust seasoning. Enjoy!!
