St. Joan of Arc Carnival

The annual St Joan of Arc Parish Carnival is underway, with rides, games, food and live bands every night. We sent Harry Clark to capture the sights and sounds of the carnival. There’s still time, the carnival runs to Saturday August 25th, and is open from 6 pm to 11 pm each night.
