Governor Murphy Visits the Toms River Field of Dreams

Governor Phil Murphy visits the future site of the “Toms River Field of Dreams,” a state-of-the-art, all-inclusive, three-acre outdoor complex geared towards children with special needs and disabilities, to highlight $400,000 in the Fiscal Year 2022 Budget to support the complex on July 30,2021.
