Chicken-Pear Salad with Blue Cheese
Delicious and easy. This salad is a must try.
- Rotisserie chicken chopped into bite size pieces
- 2-12 ounce bags of spring mix salad
- 1 -apple cubed in bite size pieces
- ½ cup cubed cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cup of dried sunflower seeds
- 1/3 cup poppy seed dressing
- 1 pear sliced
- 1/3 cup Blue Cheese crumbled
Chop chicken, add salad greens, cheese cubes, cranberries and seeds. Fold in the dressing. Decorate the top with sliced pears.
